Cozy up with First Watch’s holiday menu

The holidays are upon us! In between shopping, prepping and traveling, take time to slow down and enjoy an incredible breakfast, brunch or lunch cooked fresh for you at your neighborhood First Watch restaurant.

Special holiday menu items are making their debut and are available through January 2. They include a new breakfast sandwich, an incredible hash and some sweet deliciousness. And you won’t want to miss them!

Just wait till you get your hands on the Million Dollar Breakfast Sandwich. It’s a flavor combo of sweet, some heat and a melty Gouda that you won’t be able to get enough of! Featuring First Watch’s famous mouthwatering Million Dollar Bacon, Jones Dairy Farm all-natural pork sausage patty, an over-easy cage-free egg, smoked Wisconsin Gouda, fresh peppery arugula and Mike’s Hot Honey® drizzled on a griddled English muffin. Stop by your local First Watch before the end of the year to sink your teeth into this explosion of flavor.

Then there’s the soul-warming Short Rib Poutine Hash – Red wine–braised beef short rib tossed with fresh seasoned potatoes, house-roasted Crimini mushrooms and shallots, Mozzarella cheese and all-natural Wisconsin white cheddar cheese curds. Topped with two cage-free eggs cooked any style, a creamy demi-glace sauce and fresh herbs.

And if you’ve gotta have a little something sweet, their Cinnamon Chip Pancake Breakfast won’t disappoint. Two cage-free eggs cooked any style with a cinnamon chip pancake and your choice of bacon, all-natural chicken, pork or turkey sausage.

Or, indulge in their Caramel Pecan Cinnamon Roll – A warm cinnamon roll topped with a brown sugar caramel sauce, pecans and a lightly sweetened crème anglaise. Perfect for sharing!

And from the Juice Bar, it’s Red Medicine – Pomegranate, cranberry, black tea, local honey and cinnamon. Just the thing to boost your immunity, and your holiday spirit!

There are so many more inventive and intriguing dishes to explore here. Corporate Chef Shane Schaibly is always keeping things fun and fresh, farm to fork. Everything here is made from scratch, in house, from their French Toast batter and baked goods to veggies sliced and juices squeezed Fresh. Every. Day.

Luckily for folks in Northwest Arkansas, there are three First Watch restaurants to choose from: Fayetteville, Rogers and Bentonville. Amanda Lehmann, Director of Operations for the closest First Watch locations (two in Springfield, one in Joplin, one in Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri; and now three in Northwest Arkansas), came to the company three years ago “from what you know as Panera,” she says. The hard-working woman in the chef coat can be found cooking, hosting and guiding her staff in best practices at any time in her numerous locations. “Serving people is the best part about working for First Watch,” Amanda notes. “I love being in customer service, and having the fresh food focus just feels right. It feels good to me.”

Project Sunrise Coffee: always in season

With each visit to a First Watch restaurant, you’ll be greeted with a smile and a whole pot of First Watch’s signature, award-winning Project Sunrise coffee to start your day off right.

Their dedication to healthy harvesting, fresh food and compassion for community led the First Watch team to the heart of Colombia, where they met the Mujeres en Café, and created Project Sunrise coffee. The First Watch team visits and learns from that community, and gives back in ways like improving their schools and investing in their future; and they get some of the world’s best coffee in return. “Better Coffee. Better World.” That’s the Project Sunrise promise.

With so much feel-good freshness; First Watch is your go-to for the greatest breakfast, brunch and lunch in town. Make it an extra happy holiday by making some delicious food memories at First Watch.
