Bonefish Grill: One-of-a-Kind Seafood Experience

At Bonefish Grill, they like to say that they do things a little differently. It all began in January 2000 in St. Petersburg, Florida, where founders, Tim Curci and Chris Parker, opened the very first Bonefish Grill, born out of their shared love for catching, cooking and serving fresh fish. Bonefish Grill was founded on perfecting every detail for you, because they believe that a great meal is more than just food on a plate. It is the entire experience from start to finish, from seasonal fresh fish, to hand-crafted cocktails, to the personalized, memorable service.

Since opening, the award-winning restaurant has grown to more than 200 locations across the country. Fortunately for the Northwest Arkansas region, one of those locations is conveniently located right in Rogers. And if you haven’t had the opportunity to indulge yourself with the Bonefish experience, you really need consider making it your local seafood destination. Because Bonefish Grill provides a fun and lively place to eat, drink, relax and socialize on any given day of the week.

Fueled by their mutual passion for fish and adventure, Bonefish founders set out to create a unique dining experience - one that would take the mystery out of fish for people who didn’t eat it very often, and provide further mystery for the truly adventurous. From the moment you walk through their doors, you’ll know you’re in a restaurant like no other. At Bonefish Grill, they focus on every little detail of your experience, anticipate your needs, and provide personalized service that allows you to enjoy a delicious meal in a comfortable, vibrant atmosphere.

And that great atmosphere is the perfect backdrop for any occasion. Candlelit booths and tables add an air of intimacy to the dining room, while the bar buzzes with the perfect balance of energy. Whether you’re planning for a night out with your friends or an intimate dinner for two, Bonefish is the perfect place to host your occasion.

At Bonefish Grill they have “Anglers” (the name they’ve given to their experienced staff or waiters) who guide you on an open sea excursion to choose the best fish to fit your taste. They deliver white-coat service in their crisp white chef coats. They are warmly welcoming and trained to navigate you through your dining experience from savory start to sweet finish. They can tell you where they source their fresh fish, how they cook it, and can suggest the perfect wine and cocktail to pair with your dish.

At every one of their restaurant locations, they practice daily rituals that perfect the details of dining at Bonefish Grill. For example, they make it a point to greet every guest personally, ensuring that they receive the attention they deserve. They pride themselves in serving quality food and drinks, whether it’s cutting fresh fish daily in house or perfecting the hand-crafted martinis, shaken no less than 20 times.

But of course, the number one reason to go to Bonefish is the food. They have created a menu that’s the envy of the seafood world and taken the mystery out of fish. Full of fresh and innovative dishes, their menu specializes in seasonal fresh fish, and indulgent appetizers like the ever-popular favorite, Bang Bang Shrimp. They work on the principle that simply great food starts with a focus on elegant simplicity — making everything that they serve simply…elegant. They prepare every fish with just the right amount of seasonings, emphasizing the natural flavors and textures with the finest ingredients and tested recipes.

Freshness brings flavor and color, and the best quality you can get. That’s why they pride themselves in putting so much work into sourcing the best, freshest ingredients. They catch fish from all over the world and hand-cut it in house daily. Then pair them with the freshest vegetables they can find to create a perfect meal, each and every time. At Bonefish Grill, fresh also means making our soups, sauces and signature dressings in house, and finishing your meal with a dessert made by their chef that day.

After the chefs simply season your fish, they cook it to perfection over a wood-burning grill. The grills are loaded every morning with oak wood that burns hot and crackles to infuse fish with that unforgettable, savory flavor you can only get at Bonefish Grill.

The restaurant is also known for their seasonal favorites.

The Bonefish Big City Bar is also a “big” attraction

When you arrive at Bonefish Grill, you’ll find yourself welcomed by the energy of their Big City Bar, the perfect spot to enjoy a one of a kind martini, classic cocktail, or glass of wine. A Bonefish Grill cocktail is so much more than a shake and stir - it’s a fresh, flavorful, masterpiece that celebrates the artistry of their world-class mixologists. Each drink is carefully crafted and has its own Bonefish Grill twist (hello edible garnishes, house-made syrup and ice glass!)

And when it comes to their wine and beer menu, they like to keep it local. They customize the beer and wine selection based on Northwest Arkansas’ tastes, curating the wines and beers to educate and appeal to what you and your neighbors want to drink. Finally, their Hand-Crafted Happy Hour features all-new menu items and a selection of popular hand-crafted cocktails, wines and draft beers. Hand-Crafted Happy Hour starts daily at 4 p.m. Cheers!
